ABOUT
I grew up as an urban explorer in Paris, developed an enthusiasm for arts & history that would puzzle most of my teenage friends and later ceased every travel opportunity that came to me. My childhood heroes were T.E Lawrence and Indiana Jones, leaving me no other options but to start my professional career as an archaeologist in the Middle East.
A decade after having spent time in Syria, Jordan, Cameroon and the Arabian peninsula, I settled for few years back home, in France, where I started working on the promotion and the protection of cultural heritage in Paris' disadvantaged suburban neighborhoods. I am also a consultant in countries where heritage is endangered either by conflicts or the impacts of climate change.
It has now been 4 years since I made Washington DC my home. I continue working as a consultant on projects worldwide and I also regularly conduct guided tours of DC's local treasures. The Federal Capital's history grew on me and I am now very excited to share with visitors from all over the world the fabulous stories of the monuments, arts, women and men that shaped this nation and it's capital city.

Looking forward to meeting you soon!
